What began as an environmental awareness initiative within Liburnia Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme soon evolved into something bigger – a movement and a brand.
Through Back to Blu, we realised we could do more than raise awareness; we could take direct action. The goal was simple: support local environmental organisations by donating profits from our product sales.
From initiative to brand
To bring that mission to life, we launched a line of cotton clothing and accessories, all responsibly made and sustainably sourced. Each piece symbolises our belief that conscious production and real-world impact can go hand in hand.
Our first act of giving
The first Back to Blu brand presentation took place during Liburnia’s Open Office Day, where we introduced the brand to colleagues, partners, and guests. All profits from the T-shirt sales that day were donated to support the work of KESM – Krizni Eko Stožer Marišćina, a local organisation known for its commitment to environmental protection and responsible waste management.
“KESM has been setting an example of local environmental action for years,” said a Back to Blu representative. “Supporting them through our first brand initiative felt like the right place to start.”
Creating impact through everyday choices
This project marked more than a donation: it was the moment Back to Blu became a tangible expression of what we stand for: community, sustainability, and common sense in action. Each product we create carries that purpose forward, turning awareness into support, and support into change.
Because when you give 100%, it comes back full circle.
