Orders & payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments via CorvusPay. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other major cards supported by CorvusPay, subject to availability in your country and with your card issuer. Wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay and PayPal are not available on our site. Your payment is processed on CorvusPay’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform with 3-D Secure authentication. We do not store your full card details and all data is encrypted and sent directly to the bank
Do you offer instalment payments or “buy now, pay later” options?
Not yet, but we’re exploring sustainable ways to make this possible.
Can I use more than one discount code or promotion at once?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Do you offer digital gift cards?
Not yet. We don’t currently offer gift cards, but it’s something we’re considering for the future.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to start a return once it arrives.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at marketing@backtoblu.com and we’ll resend it.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship? Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within Europe. We are working on expanding worldwide shipping soon. If you’re outside Europe and interested in ordering, please reach out to us at marketing@backtoblu.com.
How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery method you choose (Economy or Express). The exact cost is shown at checkout. We offer free EU shipping on orders over €250. Certain destinations with significantly higher courier costs (such as Cyprus and Malta) are excluded. Standard rates apply for those regions.
How long will delivery take?
- Economy shipping: usually 2-5 business days within Europe.
- Express shipping: typically 1-3 business days within Europe.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and customs procedures. All orders ship from Croatia.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer express or next-day delivery?
Express delivery is available in Croatia only countries. Options will be displayed at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. All orders ship from within the EU, so you won’t be charged additional duties or import taxes.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived or is lost in transit?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at admin@backtoblu.com. We’ll track it down with the courier and make it right.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You don’t need to give a reason. This right applies to those who purchased online or outside business premises.
How do I start a return?
To withdraw, send us a clear statement or use our Withdrawal Form by email at admin@backtoblu.com or by post to Verdijeva 6, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia.
Once we confirm your request, you can send the products back by post to MBE Sesvete, Varaždinska cesta 34/1, 10360 Sesvete, Croatia. Please include proof of purchase with your return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless we have explicitly agreed to cover it or failed to inform you otherwise. If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, we will arrange collection at our expense.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but not before the goods are returned or you provide proof that they’ve been sent. We refund the product price and the cheapest standard delivery option you selected at checkout. Extra costs for premium delivery are not refunded. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you request otherwise.
What condition should items be in?
Items must be returned in their original condition. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item within 14 days and place a new order.
Can I return sale or discounted items?
Yes. Sale items purchased online or outside our business premises follow the same 14-day withdrawal rules as full-price items.
What if my product is faulty or incorrect?
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund. Please email admin@backtoblu.com with your order details (and photos if possible). We’ll resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, provided the return is requested within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at admin@backtoblu.com with the order details (we may need the purchaser’s information) and we’ll assist with a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Sizing & fit
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a detailed size guide. Compare the measurements to your favourite piece at home, or contact us for advice.
Do your clothes fit true to size?
Yes, most of our styles are true to size. Fit notes are included in each product description.
What if I’m between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed fit, down for a closer fit. And don’t worry, you can always exchange.
My size is out of stock, will you restock it?
You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page. We make limited runs, but popular sizes are usually restocked.
Do you offer extended sizing (plus or petite)?
Our current range runs from XS-XXL. We’re working on expanding sizing and welcome feedback.
Materials & care
What materials do you use in your clothing?
While we prioritise 100% cotton, we do have a few models in our collection that include modal polyester, but all our materials are sustainable and responsibly sourced. Each product page lists the exact fabric details.
Are your fabrics certified organic or recycled?
Not yet. Our first collection is made from sustainable and responsibly sourced materials, and we are working toward introducing certified organic fabrics in future seasons. We don’t use recycled synthetic fibres because they shed microplastics that pollute the environment and they also break down faster, which pushes fashion back toward disposability and fast fashion. Back to Blu stands for the opposite: clothing that lasts, not clothing that ends up as waste.
How should I care for my Back to Blu garments?
Wash in cold or medium temperature water to help your colours last longer. Use a gentle detergent and air dry whenever possible. Detailed care instructions are printed on each garment label.
Are your clothes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. We don’t use animal-derived fabrics such as wool, leather, or silk. All our materials come from verified suppliers who provide responsibly developed fabrics and transparent documentation of their origin and processing.
Do your dyes or finishes contain harmful chemicals?
No. Our dyes are non-toxic and certified to meet environmental safety standards.
Sustainability & ethics
How sustainable is Back to Blu really?
Sustainability is at the core of our brand. We focus on natural materials, ethical production, and transparent impact.
Where are your products made?
We collaborate with trusted manufacturing partners across several regions, including China, Turkey, Croatia, and other parts of the EU. Each partner has been carefully selected for their proven excellence, transparent production practices, and commitment to responsible business operations. These long-term collaborations ensure that every Back to Blu piece is made with fairness, quality, and care.
How do you choose your manufacturing partners?
We partner only with factories that ensure safe conditions, fair wages, and sustainable practices.
How do you minimise your carbon footprint?
We prioritise sea freight over air, offset unavoidable emissions, and continuously look for lower-impact solutions.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Our packaging is designed to protect your clothes while keeping waste to a minimum. All our packaging is either recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable. The only protective layer we use is a plant-based biodegradable bag, which keeps the garments safe from moisture during storage and shipping. It is certified biodegradable and clearly marked with guidance for proper disposal. Everything else – boxes, tissue paper, paper tape, and tags – is fully recyclable or compostable. We keep packaging minimal, plastic-free, and designed to return safely to nature.
Do you have a take-back or recycling programme for old clothes?
We are developing one. In the meantime, we encourage repair, reuse, and local textile recycling options.

Do you have physical stores or pop-ups?
Not yet. We currently sell online only, but sign up to our newsletter for news on future pop-ups.
