The controller Back to Blu d.o.o. adopts this Privacy Policy. With this Policy we protect the privacy of users and act in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, Directive 2002/58/EC and related regulations.
Back to Blu processes personal data in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, transparency, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, accountability, trust and fair processing, purpose limitation, and anonymisation where possible. This Policy applies to all services of Back to Blu d.o.o.

- Directly from users with consent or where necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract. Necessary data may include: name and surname, address, OIB (Personal Identification Number), contact telephone, email, bank account details for payment.

Back to Blu applies strict procedures and security features, but cannot guarantee the security of transmission via the internet. By sending data online you accept the risks of such transmission. Back to Blu does not allow registration of persons under the age of 16.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
