Returns & Refunds Policy

This Policy summarises and operationally explains consumer statutory rights and the return procedure. It does not limit or alter rights under the General Terms and Conditions.

Period for withdrawal from distance contracts: consumers who purchased online or outside business premises have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the item, subject to the rules for multi-part consignments and periodic deliveries.

How to request withdrawal: send us an unambiguous statement at admin@backtoblu.com or by post to Verdijeva 6, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. Receipt of e-mail will be confirmed without delay.

Refund of payment: within 14 days from notice of withdrawal, and at the latest upon receipt of the goods or proof that they were sent back. We also refund the cheapest offered standard delivery. Additional costs of premium delivery are not refunded.

Method of refund: the same means of payment, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without additional cost.

Return of goods: without delay, no later than 14 days. The cost of return is borne by the Consumer, unless we have agreed to bear it or failed to inform you of the obligation to bear it. If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, we will collect them at our expense.

Condition of goods: you are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. If you were not informed of the right of withdrawal, you are not liable.

Exceptions: no returns for personalised items, sealed items opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, inseparably mixed goods, newspapers and magazines without subscription, digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun with consent and confirmation of loss of the right.

In-store returns without defect: not a legal obligation. If we offer voluntary return, conditions will be clearly stated in the store and on the website.

Defects and warranty: if a product is defective, you have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, within a reasonable time and at no cost, in accordance with the law and any warranty given.
